Making Chocolate with the Asháninka

The charity Cool Earth are collaborating with chocolatiers in Cornwall, UK to help the Asháninka people turn their cacao produce from the Amazon into commercial chocolate, sold around the world. In turn they are protecting the rainforest from illegal loggers, whilst the chocolate produced is absolutely wonderful! Here is a little promo about how they do it. Filmed on location in Peru and Cornwall.
